I am an Cambridge University trained Advanced Executive Coach working with leaders and high-performing professionals who operate in complex, environments. My work focuses on helping clients develop clarity, confidence, resilience and sustainable performance through reflective, evidence-based executive coaching grounded in both academic rigour and real-world experience.
Before becoming a coach, I spent 13 years in global banking, including a decade working in derivatives FX trading. During this time, I managed teams, navigated fast-moving markets and delivered results in roles where expectations were consistently high. Experiencing burnout during this period fundamentally reshaped my understanding of performance, leadership and resilience, and ultimately led me into executive coaching.
Today, my coaching combines deep, reflective executive coaching with a practical, performance-focused approach. Where supportive to the coaching process, I also draw on proven stress-relief and emotional-regulation techniques that I have used with clients for over 11 years. These approaches are always optional and client-led, and are introduced only when they clearly enhance clarity, focus and resilience.
