I began my career in global banking, spending 13 years in corporate environments at all levels, including a decade at Citi, mostly in derivatives and in FX trading. During this time, I managed teams, navigated fast-moving markets, and delivered results in roles where performance expectations were consistently high. It was exhilarating. Until it wasn't.
Experiencing burnout reshaped my understanding of leadership, resilience and sustainable performance. That experience ultimately led me into executive coaching — with a deep appreciation for the internal demands placed on high-achieving professionals.
