About Yolanda
Thirteen years inside the pressure I now coach people through.
“It was exhilarating. Until it wasn’t.”
I began my career in global banking, spending 13 years in corporate environments at every level, including a decade at Citi, mostly in derivatives and FX trading. I managed teams, navigated fast-moving markets, and delivered in roles where the expectations never dropped.
Then I burned out. That experience reshaped how I understand leadership, resilience and sustainable performance, and it led me into executive coaching with a deep appreciation for the internal demands placed on high-achieving professionals.
